BILL BORINSTEIN
SENIOR PASTOR
Bill was born and raised in Indianapolis Indiana. He got his undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA. He became a successful business owner specializing in Construction, Real Estate Development, and Restaurant Ownership and Development. In 1997 Bill moved with his wife Pam and boys from Las Vegas to Dallas. After attending a Christmas Eve Service at Prestonwood, Bill and Pam embraced Jesus as Lord and Savior on January 11, 1998.

JOHANNES BREMICKER
DIRECTOR OF MINISTRY OPERATIONS
Johannes and his wife Lea both grew up close to Frankfurt, Germany and have been married for 13 years. They have three wonderful children, Carl, Elise and Amon. Johannes met Jesus at age 20 and since then has been involved with church planting, worship leading and serving in various other areas - predominantly in Germany. In 2015, God called him and his family to Arizona, to lead the US subsidiary of a large European hardware manufacturer. While God blessed his years in business, Lea consistently prayed that they one day would be more involved in serving at church again. In early 2021, God answered that prayer by opening unexpected doors in ministry which eventually led him to Hope later that year.

SAVANNAH SCHILLNE
CHILDREN'S DIRECTOR
Savannah Schillne was born in Southern California and moved to Phoenix to attend Grand Canyon University where she studied Elementary Education and met her now husband, Cole Schillne. Growing up in the church surrounded by family involved in ministry, Savannah came to Christ at age 12. Ever since, she has had a passion for children and has served in children’s ministry and as a leader in youth group. After moving to Phoenix full time she taught for three years in public education before God opened the door to transition into the Children’s Director position at Hope.

JORDAN BARNARD
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Jordan was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her freshman year of high school, Jordan began attending YoungLife, where she was discipled by her leaders and eventually came to faith in Jesus Christ. As the Lord increasingly broke her heart for the unreached and mission work, Jordan was directed to Grand Canyon University where she graduated with a degree in Christian Studies with an emphasis in Global Ministry. Jordan has been attending Hope since 2021, started on staff in September 2022, and currently serves as a youth leader. Talk to Jordan about Jesus, missions, culture, or anything that involves being in the sunshine!

BRODY THOMPSON
DIRECTOR OF STUDENT MINISTRIES
Brody was born and raised in Sheridan, Illinois. He met his wife Kristen at Moody Bible Institute. They have been married for 10 years and have 5 kids. Brody has spent the last 13 years in business management, but has recently felt the call from the Holy Spirit to move into a greater role of ministry. During that time in business, their family has lived in Washington state, Florida, and New York before moving to Arizona in 2018. In 2020, Brody and Kristen began attending Hope Bible Church. They have served in multiple areas of the church and most recently, Brody was one of the deacons at Hope Bible before accepting the position as the Director of Student Ministries.

ROBIN BROWN
WOMEN'S MINISTRY ASSISTANT
Robin was born in Scottsdale, AZ and raised in Mexico. She went to Northern Arizona University where she met her husband Matt. He entered the military and they began moving around for his 23 year long career. She has twin boys, Conner and Colden, who are in their late 20's. Now that her husband is retired, she has been in Phoenix for the last 13 years. She was presented the gospel in small group and now has the honor of serving the Lord. She has been a part of Hope since the doors opened and is blessed to serve. Robin enjoys anything to do with animals, loves to fish and play golf when time allows.

PAM BORINSTEIN
WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY LEADER
Pam was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the late 70's she started a career in the real estate industry, going from sales into real estate development. She led one of the largest women-owed businesses in the state of Nevada. She met Bill in 1990, they married, and had 2 boys together, along with a son from Bill's prior marriage. In 1997 they moved to Dallas, Texas where she was invited to church and heard the life-changing gospel for the first time. She received Jesus as her Lord and Savior in January of 1998. Within 2 years she left the business world to serve her family and local church full time. She is an accredited ACBC Biblical Counselor who has a passion for the Word of God and loves teaching it to others. She also loves spending time with her grandkids and dogs!

CHRIS JENNINGS
WORSHIP DIRECTOR
Chris was born in southern California but was raised in Glendale, Arizona. Growing up as a pastor’s kid, he was actively involved in church ministry and began leading worship in his youth group. Chris attended Grand Canyon University where he led worship for chapel services while earning his Bachelor’s in Christian Studies. At GCU, he also met his wife, Nikki and they now have four beautiful children. After occasionally leading worship at Hope, Chris officially joined the team in August in 2019, serving as the worship director. For fun, Chris enjoys hanging out with his family, eating Mexican food and arguing about fantasy football.

JOEY RASMUSSEN
YOUTH INTERN
Joey was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. Jesus saved him when he was enrolled into a Christian middle school, where he started attending the connected church. As Joey moved into high school, he felt a call to pastoral ministry and began serving in his youth group. This led him to further explore his calling at Grand Canyon University, where he is currently majoring in Christian Studies with an emphasis in Biblical Studies. Joey joined the team at Hope in the fall of 2022 as one of the youth interns. In his free time he enjoys the outdoors, rock climbing, and a good cup of coffee.

COLLIN WESTFALL
YOUNG ADULT INTERN
Collin was born and raised in Janesville, California. He grew up in the church and his father was a pastor. Collin was saved when he was 19 at Bible school in Austria through the Torchbearers program. He since has earned his bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Biblical studies at GCU and is currently in the Masters of Ministry program at Phoenix Seminary. He came to Hope in 2021 and helps lead the Young Adults program and has joined the Youth team as well. Collin enjoys playing any sports and doing anything outside in God’s beautiful creation.

MILES ORMACHEA
YOUTH INTERN
Miles was raised in Susanville, California in a seemingly Christian home. Right after his senior year of high school, Miles began attending a Bible study that was held by a local pastor for young adults. Through the teaching of the Word of God, Miles was saved at the age of 18. He slowly began to discern a call towards formal education in biblical studies and found a desire towards eventual full time ministry. Currently, he is a student at Grand Canyon University earning a degree in Biblical Studies. He was married to his wife Natalie in 2022 and they have begun their journey in ministry together. Miles began attending Hope in October 2022 and has been serving with the Young Adults program and now the Youth team. He enjoys talking about Jesus, eating pizza, and doing outdoor activities.

JONATHAN RAINGRUBER
WORSHIP INTERN
Jonathan was raised in Modesto, California. He grew up in a Christian home and has been around music his whole life. He has loved seeing the way God takes his love of music and uses it for the Kingdom. He enjoys camping with friends, jamming with friends, and combining the two.
