BILL BORINSTEIN
SENIOR PASTOR

Bill was born and raised in Indianapolis Indiana. He got his undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA. He became a successful business owner specializing in Construction, Real Estate Development, and Restaurant Ownership and Development. In 1997 Bill moved with his wife Pam and boys from Las Vegas to Dallas. After attending a Christmas Eve Service at Prestonwood, Bill and Pam embraced Jesus as Lord and Savior on January 11, 1998.

In 2001, after receiving a call from the Lord, Bill surrendered to full time ministry and joined the staff of the 25,000 member Prestonwood Church for eight years. At Prestonwood, he served as the Minister to Men, Minister of Spiritual Development, Co-led and help launch Prestonwood’s North Campus, and in 2007 became part of the Prestonwood Executive Team.
In 2008, Bill and Pam sensed God calling them to Phoenix, where they launched Harvest Bible Chapel North Phoenix in September 2008. From 2008 until 2018, the church grew to over 1000 regular attenders and Bill led the church to plant or transition 15 churches, including five in Arizona and three in California. In May 2018, Bill and Pam, along with a team of leaders launched Hope Bible Church with a passion to see “Lost people saved, saved people matured, and mature people multiplied, for the glory of God.”
Bill did his graduate work at Southwestern Theological Seminary and Liberty Theological Seminary. He has served on the Grand Canyon University College of Theology Board of Advisors since 2014. He was the founding Chairman of the Great Commission Collective, an organization that plants churches and strengthens leaders.
Bill has been married to Pam since 1990 and they have three sons: Andrew (married to Paveena), Blake (married to Michaela), and Brett (married to Kamalei). Brett and Kamalei have two daughters, Kaia and Isla.
