Two Ways to Live
Passage: Psalm 1:1-6
This week we start a new summer series in the book of Psalms. If you've ever wondered about the value of regularly reading the Psalms, Charles Spurgeon put it succinctly, “In these busy days, it would be greatly to the spiritual profit of Christians if they were more familiar with the Book of Psalms, in which they would find a complete armory for life’s battles, and a perfect supply for life’s needs. Here we have both delight and usefulness, consolation and instruction. For every condition there is a psalm, suitable and elevating.”
In Sunday's message we will introduce the Psalms and then look closely at Psalm 1:1-6 and the Two Ways to Live the psalmist describes. One way of living is the way of the blessed, while the other is the way of the wicked. Join us as we discover the secrets of the way of the blessed.
